Yes — the Boardroom is appointment-only, so we don’t take walk-ins. Every chair is reserved and unhurried. Book online and we’ll hold both your time and your barber.
How long should I set aside?
A cut runs around 45 minutes; a hot-towel shave, an hour. We never rush a chair, so allow a little extra on your first visit.
Do you cut every hair type?
Yes. Our barbers are time-served across textures and grades — straight, wave, coil and everything in between.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel. New guests provide a card to secure the booking (a £1 verification). A no-show or a cancellation inside 24 hours is charged at the full service amount.
What if I’m running late?
Existing guests have a 15-minute grace period. First-time guests, unfortunately, have none — so if you’re going to be late, let us know and we’ll do our utmost, though it may fall under the cancellation policy.
How can I pay?
Cash, all major credit and debit cards, and Apple Pay. Pay online when you book, or in store after your service.
Where are you, and is there parking?
We’re at 10 Ewhurst Road, London SE4 1AQ — about a five-minute walk from Crofton Park station, on bus routes 284, 171 and P4. Complimentary parking and two EV charging points sit directly outside.

Because we are doing a demo.
